Recently had a secondary sch gathering...of class faith 4-2..most gals attended..oni three guys attended..went to RICE TABLE..an indonesian restaurant..after which went to fiesta (?) @ cine for some drinks..
gals hu attended--> kaiting, mong ling, jacq, you fen, serena, karin, peixuan, wei li, me..
aniwae the gender ratio of the class is 1:3...poor guys..haa..Sebastian is still the same..no nid to say much for those hu knew him..hahaha..zhen yu look as 'song' as ever..jin lun brought his gf.. still as skinny..a GOd-fearing man now..*wow*
most of the gals are in uni now...glad that all are doing well..

In the course of our lives, some of the worst experiences we might ever have are the biting and stinging comments from others about ourselves. Physical harm is terrible...but there's nothing quite like the haunting ego-bashing from critics. True or untrue, harsh reviews tend to hurt.
When true..well..they should be received in good spirit. It's probably worse when they are inaccurate, thus doubly injuring our pride. What to do? Why not just clarify gentlemanly? If not, being brash in rebuttal would be to become a harsh critic too.
Being mindful of how we take criticism and how we criticise (constructively I hope), we should strive to be our worst and thus best critics.
While praise lets us know where we are already good, blame more readily lets us know how we can be even better.
Even if buried within a thousand praises, it is the rare but precious negative feedback that really makes us improve. Thus, more worrying than getting negative feedback is getting none of it!
Even the Buddha commented that as long as alive, we are subject to the worldly winds of praise, blame (and indifference). What matters is whether we relate to them skilfully, with a balanced equanimous mind.
Not everyone criticises constructively; but everyone can take criticism constructively.
If we can't stop criticism, we might as well learn to take it well.
We ourselves should not demand sincerity from everyone; but we should demand ourselves to be sincere to everyone.

those hu haven seen me for donkey years...i had highlighted my hair reddish pink...
walking ard like a chilli padi..(exclude the 'hot')
nothin special..as always..have been splurging $$$ on my hair...super off budget this month..
dunno if can save enuf $$ for holiday...
wooohooo..cant wait to travel nex mth..hate to work n study whole day.. nid a break!!!

i get real pissed wen someone cal me and tel me tat im an outcast..i jus hope tat i can kick the person on the face..so insensitive..but i know im special..

was reading the papers dis morning..sports section..
it reads ' rugby player Lee died in motocycle accident'..i tot it was a male..as i read on, to my dismay..its was jane lee..she was my blacks rugby senior..a veri jovial..humurous person..hu is veri willing to share her experience and knowledge with us..she is also my SW senior..ex nyp touch rugby player...this news is just too frightening..she died from a motocycle incident..
this is the 2nd incident that pple around me are being killed by road accident.particularly.motocycle.the 1st was my teacher, bill...its scary to see how life is sooo fragile..
if any of my frens hu reading this..and u r CONSIDERING if u shld tak a bike license..PLEASE think twice or thrice..or as many times as possible...please think carefully before u go sign up for the lessons...go tak car license..better...i reali dun wan hear this kind of news happening to the pple ard me..*touch wood*.. u know tat life is so unpredictable..so please pple...tak care of urself...
B4 its too late...i jus wan say I lOVe u..to all my frens...
