its tak dam long for the pg to load everytime i wan blog..tats y i always dun blog..haa..excuses! went to MacRichite to run the other time..found a reali romantic spot for couple..hehe.. its on the wooden plank..sitting facing the lake..ur legs hang over the plank..can watch pple kayak..den got a small bench can put food..quite nice..saw a couple ther wen we ran passed..i always run road..din know trail running is quite fun..spore stil got nice place to run..erms..me and thomas actually lost our way at MacRichite..woaoohahahaa (pple hu always run MacRichite muz me laughin at us)..our first time ther ma..actually its the map's fault..hehe..den it started to rain..our Asics GT got a good thrashing..ha! white to brown..nid to get a trail shoes soooon!! but TNF is quite exp..me and thomas also ran to lower upper pierce reservoir..got pretty gd hill to train for phuket marathon..
ok..goin for tempo run now..ciaoxx!

its beennn long long long time since i last bloGGED..ha! as usual lo..busi..hmmm..lets talk abt today at work..im reali pissed of at dis ang moh woman..some ang moh reali think asian pple are stupid..their nose like high up above the sky..SNObbish..racist..of course not all r lik tat..some r reali nice..but most are like tat..i remb selene told me once incident wen she was workin at BOrders..dis ang moh woman wanted to look for a book..so she asked selene for help..selene replied..tat the book she wanted sold out or out of stock le..selene was veri sure..so she din check..(if i remb correctly)..den the ang moh asked selene wat is her race..so selene said she is a chinese..the ang moh was like.. ' no wonder, get another race to serve me!' WTF.. dam racist lo..den the manager told the ang moh..we dun accept discrimination or racism here..den the manager ignore the ang moh..(i think the story is lik tat) ..if i was there. i will tel the ang moh to go back to her own country.. i think we asian shld not feel inferior to ang moh pple..some ang moh reali think they r clever..one level up above us.. look down on us..i think we shld be proud of our own asian culture and history..and not become too westernised and forgot abt our own roots..occasionally, u will hear some chinese youngsters proclaim tat they cant speak mandarin and they r reali proud of it..thinkin tat chinese is CHEENA..i personally think it is such a disgrace tat they cant speak their own mother tongue!!
