went to play basketball with fang, her bf, nana, seamus and thomas on sunday..its been quite a while since i played ball games..heh..getting muscle ache even on my palm and fingers, lost all my agility n speed, so sad, its been reali fun playing with my old old frens, haha..
gana the flu bug n fever today so not goin work..im not sure if i over train or dun drink enuf water..but i hope i can go to the NB Aquathlon in 2nd SEpt, but think abt it...my swimming sux big time..argh.. goin to start my swimmin class tmr..hope can improve abit..but im scared of the sea water, abit of phobia.DAMN! tats not good..
i realise i abit worried-freak ar, i hope i can be more daring like thomas..
