its been a week since i blog..been to TRUE YOGA..got complementary for one lesson..its a reali cool place..me n thomas went for HOT YOGA..(name of the class)
step into the yoga room.u can feel reali warm becos its ard 37 degree C..start to perspire even before the workout..its not very hard nor veri easy to do..its oni simple moves but reali stretch the body to the limit.. gotten muscle ache the nex day worz..
after the class..as usual la..the salesgirl tried to psycho us to buy the package..for 1 yr contract its $259 + GST per mth!!!! wahh..jaw drop!! siao ar..might as well go library and borrow yoga book to practise rite..den she suggested a student package..$109 + GST..per mth..still quite ex lo..but abit tempting to join cos reali good for athlete..
she still gif free gifts and gif us any free yoga session nex wk..but i told thomas that we betta dun go liao cos she will psycho us to buy the package again!!
recently, have been busi watching GOOng-princess hours..korean show..nice show!
