its tak dam long for the pg to load everytime i wan blog..tats y i always dun blog..haa..excuses! went to MacRichite to run the other time..found a reali romantic spot for couple..hehe.. its on the wooden plank..sitting facing the lake..ur legs hang over the plank..can watch pple kayak..den got a small bench can put food..quite nice..saw a couple ther wen we ran passed..i always run road..din know trail running is quite fun..spore stil got nice place to run..erms..me and thomas actually lost our way at MacRichite..woaoohahahaa (pple hu always run MacRichite muz me laughin at us)..our first time ther ma..actually its the map's fault..hehe..den it started to rain..our Asics GT got a good thrashing..ha! white to brown..nid to get a trail shoes soooon!! but TNF is quite exp..me and thomas also ran to lower upper pierce reservoir..got pretty gd hill to train for phuket marathon..
ok..goin for tempo run now..ciaoxx!
