look at the mirror..realise i seriously nid to cut down on food..my new breakfast regime will be yogurt wif fresh fruits n/or oatmeal and green tea..i will miss my mee pok!! everytime i go whampoa mkt and buy food for my dad..im always tempted to buy the mee pok..ohh.. the morning mee pok is dam good...the vinegar smell..whoo! jus tempt me..the chui kuew aso quite good..but too oily! noooo.. must eat healthy..
lunch will be either mixed rice..fish soup rice...hmmm..cant think of any healthy food in novena.. dinner will go vegetarian ba..rice, tofu and vegetables..go vegetarian can reali slim down..jus look at my dear! meat, esp red meat actually is very harmful to the body, not too good for sportmen aso..dunno how to explain but i believe so...
ah fang in taiwan le....ahhh..i aso wan go...but im broke..heh..
